This is my absolute favourite way of eating cauliflower.
You can prepare cabbage or broccoli the same way.

This is my absolute favourite way of eating cauliflower.
You can prepare cabbage or broccoli the same way.
Steps

Trim the cauliflower , break into florets.

Heat a pot with salted water, add the florets when water boils , cook for about 20 minutes until soft but not mashy.

Then drain well in colander

Whilst the cauliflower is.draining heat the olive oil to a medium heat, then add the garlic,,heat gently for five minutes

Turn up the heat , add cauliflower and cook,until a little crisp. and infused with the garlic oil
- 6
Season with a good pinch of salt and pepper

Serve hot, this can be eaten on its own , as a starter or accompanying a main meal.

It is great with pasta, salmon and asparagus sauce.
