Take whole tomatoes in their juice into a bowl and crush with your hand until they are coarsely crushed

Slice the olives, and coarsely chop them add to a bowl set aside the tomatoes and olives

Cook your pasta as instructed on box

Heat 3 tablespoons oil smash the garlic heat it both side till browned 2 minutes add anchovies mash with spoon to break them up

Toss the olives mixing them add to garlic anchovies cook 2 minutes add the tomatoes and juices add red pepper.

After it boils lower to simmer for 5 minutes add pasta fishing it out of water add parsley and stir in add remaining olive oil, remove from heat add grated cheeses serve immediately
