Ingredients

  1. 400 gmsbrinjal
  2. 2 tbsRice Flour
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspGaram Masala
  6. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tspgarlic paste
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 cupFresh coriander leaves chopped
  10. 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First clean brinjal and Cut into a round pieces

  2. 2

    Now mix all the spices and flour add 2 tsp water make thick paste

  3. 3

    Now take one by one brinjal pieces and coat Masala properly

  4. 4

    Now take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add one by one brinjal pieces and fry nice crispy and golden colour

  5. 5

    Garnish green or red cilli and coriander leaves also and it's ready to serve
