  1. For dough
  2. 1 bowlWheat flour
  3. 1/4 tspSalt
  4. 2 tbspOil
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1 cupChane ka sattu
  7. 1Onion fine chopped
  8. 7-8Garlic minced
  9. 3-4Green chilli fine chop
  10. 2 tspMustard oil
  11. 1/2Lemon juice
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tspStuff chilli pickle masala
  14. 1/2 tspKalunji seed
  15. as required Oil for frying

    Firstly we prepare the dough take wheat flour put oil and salt mix and knead the soft dough adding by water

  2. 2

    Make the stuffing in a bowl put sattu add onion garlic chilli lemon juice kalunji pickle masala and all ingredients mix well add 1-2sp water mix it keep aside

  3. 3

    Now knead the again now make ball flatten and stuff the stuffing make kachoories

  4. 4

    Now hot the oil in kadhai deep fry all the kachoories one by one till out crispy

  5. 5

    Now enjoy your kachori with buttermilk
