Firstly we prepare the dough take wheat flour put oil and salt mix and knead the soft dough adding by water

Make the stuffing in a bowl put sattu add onion garlic chilli lemon juice kalunji pickle masala and all ingredients mix well add 1-2sp water mix it keep aside

Now knead the again now make ball flatten and stuff the stuffing make kachoories

Now hot the oil in kadhai deep fry all the kachoories one by one till out crispy

Now enjoy your kachori with buttermilk
