Squeeze lauki and mix all ingredients into it.

Mix well.

Heat oil in a wok.

Make small balls from kofta mixture.

Fry koftas on medium heat till red.

Grind tomato, green chilli, cream and curd together.

Heat oil in a pan for gravy.

Add chopped onion and saute till red.

Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes.

Now add tomato paste and fry till oil leaves.

Add all spices and fry little.

Add 1 glass of water for gravy.

Let it boil for 10 minutes on low flame.

Put kofta in gravy and switch off flame.

Serve with chapati and rice.
