8 servings
  1. 1 lbcauliflower
  2. 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  3. 1 tbspchopped parsley
  4. 1/4 tsponion powder
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 1/4 tspgranulated garlic powder
  7. 1/2 cupblack ripened olives
  8. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  9. 1/4 tsppaprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the cauliflower on hi for 9 minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain as much liquid out of cauliflower. I used a salad spinner.
