Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 lbcauliflower
  • 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbspchopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 cupblack ripened olives
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsppaprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Microwave the cauliflower on hi for 9 minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain as much liquid out of cauliflower. I used a salad spinner.
