  1. 1/2 kgCholle
  2. 3Sliced onion
  3. 2 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. to tasteGaram masala
  6. to tasteRed chilli
  7. 2Green chilli split
  8. leafBay
  9. curry leaves
  10. Oil to cook
  11. 1 pinchHeeng
  12. 3Tomatoes chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chole.now add oil and sliced onion with heeng.

  2. 2

    Let it brown now add ginger garlic paste.and chopped tomatoes.fry it well.

  3. 3

    Now add cholle and all spices mix them well.

  4. 4

    It's ready now.eat with Puri or bhatura...

  5. 5

    Decorate with curry leaves
