Got a few pigeons as a gift and went back to my roots making it simple but spicy.
Steps

Combine pepper, ginger garlic and seasoning cubes in a pot.

Bring to boil,then put in cleaned pigeon. Add salt to taste and cover to boil for 20 minutes

Bring out bird and heat oil in a separate pan. Fry to crisp up skin.

Simmer the pepper the pigeon was cooked it to thicken it.
- 5
Bring out pigeon and roll in the thicken pepper sauce.
- 6
Garnish and serve.
