Ingredients

  1. Potatos
  2. garlic powder
  3. onion powder
  4. earthbalance vegan lactose free butter
  5. Himalayan Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash, and slice potatos.

  2. 2

    Heat pan, and melt butter over medium heat.

  3. 3

    Carefully add potato slices. Flip to coat both sides. Add the himalayan salt, onion powder and garlic powder, and let both sides brown evenly. ** Watch closely so they dont burn.**

The stuff i cook is vegan, and do substitute to what i eat, because of allergies etc some may be old. i am on a rx meal plan not allowed to use food with lactose/treenuts.
