Steps

Peel your potatoes, dice and rinse. Then place in a pot with enough water covering it to boil the potatoes.

Add your chopped tomatoes, onions, and seasoning then bring to boil.

Once the potato is soft, turn down the heat to medium and allow to simmer.

Add the crayfish powder and pieces and stir in. The pottage should be thick at this point.

Allow to simmer for 3-5mins, add the palm oil and allow to simmer for 2 mins. Stir in efirin and turn off the heat! Serve hot.
