Ingredients

  • 1medium sized promfret
  • 4-5bedgi mirchi
  • 5-6Kashmiri mirchi
  • 1 tspcoriander seed and rice half spoon
  • 10Kali of garlic peeled
  • Ginger
  • leavesDry Curry
  • Lemon juice
  • Haldi
  • Oil
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean Promfret remove head of the fish and clean ptoperly

  2. 2

    Give a slit inside the fish with long knife. Clean well.

  3. 3

    Apply haldi powder salt and lemon juice all over and rest for 5mins wash after 5 mins

  4. 4

    Soak both mirchi with coriander seeds and little rice

  5. 5

    Blend soaked material with Ginger garlic and make paste

  6. 6

    Add lemon dry Curry leaves salt and oil in paste. Apply this paste to washed Promfret inside and all over. Marinate at least one day before and store in refrigerator

  7. 7

    Next day remove 5-6 hours before from fridger and Tandoor in microwave.

  8. 8

    Serve with salad.
