Ingredients

25 minutes
6 servings
  • 4 cup- whole masoor dal (soaked overnight)
  • 2- medium sized Potato
  • 1/2 tsp- black pepper powder
  • 1- finely chopped Onions
  • 2-3 Cloves- finely chopped Garlic
  • 3-4- finely chopped green chilles
  • as neededcoriander, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp- chat masala
  • to tastesalt

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Add potato, garlic, chillies with dal and pressure cook this for about 3-4 whistles with very little water.

  2. 2

    Mash it all and add pepper, garam masala, onion and coriander and salt to taste. Mix well and make round shaped kebabs with it.

  3. 3

    You can both deep fry or shallow fry these kababas I have shallow fried these kababs Serve it hot with green chutney and parathas
