Its really easy. Just toast jeera, saunf and ground it with sugar.

Soak konkam in 2 tbsp of water and then squeeze out all juice and strain it.

Now take cold water and add powdered jeera, sugar and sauf mixture. + above konkam water, ginger juice and pinch of salt and mix it for few minute. Then again strain it and serve it either with ice or just as it is.
