Heat oil in a pan and crackle rai and Jeera

Add haldi and red chilli powder. Sauté little and add chopped lauki and soaked chana dal(remove water from dal)

Add salt and mix well.

Cook covered and keep checking and turning in between

When lauki is cooked add chopped Tomato and gud

Mix well and cook covered till everything gets mixed properly
