Ingredients

  1. Filling
  2. 4 ozcream cheese, room temp..... about 1/2 of a block
  3. 1*** 1/8 cup of mayo
  4. 2 dashworsteshire sauce
  5. 2 dashsoy sauce
  6. 1/4 cupgreen onion chopped in small peices
  7. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  8. 2 tspsugar
  9. 1*** 1/8 tsp black pepper
  10. 1*** 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  11. 1/4 tspcilantro
  12. 1 cancrab meat. or smoked salmon.... 6-8 oz of flaked meat
  13. 1 packageswonton wrappers

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°..... spray or oil a muffin tin..... and place wonton wrappers in each cup and push down

  2. 2

    Mix all the filling ingredients together WELL..... and fill wonton cups 3/4 with filling

  3. 3

    Bake until bubbly and golden brown... approximately 12-15 minutes... it should be bubbly and wrappers should be golden...

  4. 4

    ** should make 12 crab ragoons!

  5. 5

    *** serve with plum sauce or duck.sauce...
