1 lbrazor clams
2 largestalks celery
8 cupof cauliflower chopped
1 cuppetite baby carrots
28 ozcoconut milk
1/2 tspsalt
1 stickbutter
1/4 tspground black pepper
2 tbspthyme oil, see attached recipe
1/4 lbbacon
2 tbspchopped parsley
1/4 cupgrated parmesan cheese
1 largeonions

Steps

Clean and steam the clams remove from shells.

Chop the onions, cauliflower, carrots, celery, and bacon sauté them in thyme oil and half of butter. Till bacon is done. Drain excessive oil.

Add coconut milk to the onion mixture. Add the rest of ingredients

Simmer and stir occasionally. Let thicken. Serve hope you enjoy!
