3Tomatoes
2Cucumbers
1Onion
1 1/4 cupBalsalmic Vinegar
3/4 cupOlive oil, extra virgin
1 1/2 tbspParsley

Chop up veggies to desired size and shape.

Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and parsley.

Coat veggies with mixture and marinate them for 6 to 8 hrs. Serve with extra dressing if desired.
