Ingredients

  1. 3Tomatoes
  2. 2Cucumbers
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1 1/4 cupBalsalmic Vinegar
  5. 3/4 cupOlive oil, extra virgin
  6. 1 1/2 tbspParsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop up veggies to desired size and shape.

  2. 2

    Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and parsley.

  3. 3

    Coat veggies with mixture and marinate them for 6 to 8 hrs. Serve with extra dressing if desired.
