  1. 4 ozground beef
  2. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  3. 1/8 cuponion
  4. 1/8 cupmushroom
  5. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  6. 1 tbspketchup
  7. 1 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  8. 1 tspdijon mustard
  9. 1/4 tspbasil
  10. 1/4 tspthyme
  11. 1/8 tspgarlic powder
  12. 1/8 tspground black pepper
  13. 2 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat oven to 425°F.

    Combine, in a mixing bowl, ground beef, mushroom, onion, ketchup, mayo, and mustard.

    Add all dry ingredients, and mix in. Mixture should dry out and be packable.

    Grease inside of cupcake pan with butter, and pack meat into cupcake mold (or 2 if your pan is smaller). Fill rest of spots with 1/2" water.

    Cook in oven for 15 minutes.
