Fruit Custard is one ultimate dessert that you can indulge in at anytime and it is pure heaven to gorge on this Fruit custard especially during the festivals.
Steps

Peel and remove the seeds from seeded fruits.

Chop the fruits finely and take them in a bowl

Drizzle honey all over

Keep the bowl in the refrigerator and take out just before mixing

To prepare custard:

Take 1/2 cup milk in a bowl separately and mix the custard powder to make a runny paste, keep aside.

Heat the remaining milk in a deep pan.when it begins to boil, add sugar and stir well.

Add the custard slurry to the boiling milk and mix well till there are no lumps.

Keep cooking over a medium flame as the custard thickens.

Keep stirring continously for 3-4 minutes.

Remove from flame and let the custard cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours

Assembling:

Mix all the chilled sweetened Fruits in the custard and mix turning upside down..

Pour this custard mixture in a tall glass or serving bowl.

Garnish and serve with some chilled pomegranate kernels and fruit wedges of your choice.
