Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl

Add milk and make semi thick batter like of idli

Heat ghee in flat pan and pour the batter with a spoon and cook it till golden brown from both the sides on low flame

Mix sugar and water and cook it on high flame with a continuous stir till the sugar completely melts

How to assemble

Dip prepared malpua in sugar syrup and let it be for few minutes

Take them out on the serving plate. Spread little rabdi on malpua and few dry fruits

Serve it hot to get more effective impact
