Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for malai malpua
  2. 2 big spoon fresh malai
  3. 1/2 cupmaida
  4. 1/4 cupmilk powder
  5. 1big spoon suji/ semolina
  6. 2 spoonsugar
  7. 1 tspcardamom powder
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. Ghee to deep fry
  10. Ingredients for sugar syrup
  11. 1 cupsugar
  12. 1/2 cupwater
  13. Few saffron threads
  14. Pinchyellow colour
  15. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  16. Ingredients for rabdi
  17. 1 1/2 cupmilk powder
  18. 1/2 cupmilk
  19. 1/4 cupsugar
  20. 1 spoonghee
  21. 1/4 cupchopped dry fruits
  22. Few saffron threads

Steps

    Method for malpua

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl

  3. 3

    Add milk and make semi thick batter like of idli

  4. 4

    Heat ghee in flat pan and pour the batter with a spoon and cook it till golden brown from both the sides on low flame

  5. 5

    Tske the out on tissue paper

  6. 6

    For sugar syrup

  7. 7

    Mix sugar and water and cook it on high flame with a continuous stir till the sugar completely melts

  8. 8

    Now slow down the gas and add saffron and cardamom

  9. 9

    Cook only for few minutes and off the gas

  10. 10

    For rabdi

  11. 11

    Mix milk and milk powder well so that there are no lumps

  12. 12

    Heat ghee in kadai and add this mixture

  13. 13

    Give it a continuous stir and when it's about to thick add saffron sugar and dry fruits

    Off the gas

    How to assemble

  16. 16

    Dip prepared malpua in sugar syrup and let it be for few minutes

  17. 17

    Take them out on the serving plate. Spread little rabdi on malpua and few dry fruits

  18. 18

    Serve it hot to get more effective impact
