  1. 8whole wheat flour tortilla
  2. 4chicken breasts
  3. 1 cupCheddar Cheese
  4. Sauce
  5. 1/2 cupMiracle Whip
  6. 4 tspJalapeno Juice
  7. 1 1/2 tspgranulated sugar
  8. 1 tsppaprika
  9. 1 tspground cumin
  10. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  11. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  12. salt

    Combined all together

  2. 2

    Cook chicken then cut into strips.

  3. 3

    Then put sauce on half of the tortilla then put chicken on top then put cheese then put it in a George Foreman grill and smash it for 2-3 mins
