1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
1/2 cupapple juice
4 tbspsoy sauce
1salt&pepper to tast
1/2 cupwater
6boneless pork chops
1/2 tspground ginger
2 tspcornstarch

Preheat grill

In a small sauce pan mix brown sugar,juice,soy sauce,ginger,salt&pepper bring to boil

Combine cornstarch and water in small bowl. Wisk into brown sugar mixture until thick

Cook chops 10 to 12 minutes turning once. Brush chops just before done. Serve with remaining sauce
