Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspOat Bran
  2. 2 tbspFat Free Greek Yougurt
  3. 4 tbspFat Free Cream Cheese
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 1 tspBaking Powder
  6. 1 tspOnion Powder
  7. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  8. 1 tspItalian Seasoning
  9. 1Dash of Salt and Pepper
  10. 1 dashCheddar, Parmesan, or Any Cheese (Optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients well in a small bowl.

  2. 2

    Spray olive oil spray lightly to coat bottom of medium small square baking dish.

  3. 3

    Pour all ingredients into baking dish and spread evenly.

  4. 4

    Microwave for 5-6 minutes until edges come away from sides.

  5. 5

    Let cool for 3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Use spatula to loosen bread. Flip over onto cutting board and let cool for a few more minutes.

  7. 7

    Cut into 4 squares.

  8. 8

    Toast 2 pieces at a time in the toaster until lightly browned.
