Ingredients

  1. 6 largewhite potatoes peeled and washed
  2. 4 cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  3. 1 largeonion sliced thinly
  4. 1/2 tbspwasabi paste, more if you like
  5. 1/4 cupolive oil
  6. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 2 tbspminced garlic
  8. 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese

    thinly slice potatoes add to pan with onions wasabi garlic add salt right before its done
