Ingredients

  • 6 largewhite potatoes peeled and washed
  • 4 cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 largeonion sliced thinly
  • 1/2 tbspwasabi paste, more if you like
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese

    thinly slice potatoes add to pan with onions wasabi garlic add salt right before its done
