Take a pan put 2tbs of oil and finely chopped onion, mint, spinach. Saute for two minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes at room temperature. Then make a paste of it

Take another pan put oil in it and add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, cinnamon, big cardamom, small cardamom, Bay leaves, salt, clove mix it well

Now add the prepared paste in it. Then cut the panneer into dices and put it in it cover the lid and cook for ten minutes mix it at regular intervals and add fresh cream in it and cook it for 5 minutes
