Ingredients

4 people
  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1⁄2-3⁄4 cup sugar (or less to taste)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 2 tablespoonsvanilla sugar
  • 2eggs, seperated
  • 13⁄4 cups whole milk
  • 6 tablespoonsmelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer, set aside.

  2. 2

    Beat egg yolks and stir in the milk.

  3. 3

    Beat in flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and sugar.

  4. 4

    Add the melted butter.

  5. 5

    When all combined, fold in the beaten egg whites.
