Ring Samosa

Steps

In 1tspn hot oil add asafoetida,panch foron masala & chopped onion.

Add cubed potato & 1spn each of turmeric & red chilli powder.

Add peas & salt.Cook till soft & then switch off the flame.

Make a parantha from the dough of flour,carom seeds, salt & oil.

Place the potato stuffing on the top of the parantha.

Fold the top & cut vertical lines below the fold part.

Roll the vertical lines into ring.

Deep fry the samosa in hot oil till golden brown & crisp.

Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
