Soak urad dal for 4 hours and then grind it to fine pasteand let it ferment for 6 hours in warm place.

Now heat oil. Till then add salt, curry leaves, chopped coconut, samolina, jeera, and mix it and wait for 10 15 mins.

Now using medu vada mold fry meduvada in hot oil till golden colur and serve it with dahi or chutney
