Make thick paste of besan, turmeric, garlic chilli, salt and coriander and water. Then add more water to make it slightly thinner that will able to make fine layer against the spoon.

Now heat oil on tawa and pour 1 curry spoon of batter in it and just revolve tawa.

Let it cook till you see small bubbles popping out.

Now flip it and add little more oil from sides

Once cooked from both sides serve it.
