Steps

Boil water in a woke, add sprouted seeds, let it cook for 2 or 3 minutes, cover it and let it there for some time, strain it and keep aside

Soak Raisins and dates in a cup of water for about 30 minutes. Strain and keep aside

Heat a pan with oil and add cumin seeds, let them crackle

Add the strained seeds and saute for 5 minutes

Add salt, coriander powder and red chilli powder

Add a cup of water and let it cook for few minutes

Add Raisins, dates, mango powder, jaggery

Add little water, if required

Cook till the required consistency

Launji is ready now to be had with poori, chapati or dosa etc.
