Ingredients

  1. 100 gkalamari
  2. 1 tbssalt
  3. 1 tbswhite paper
  4. 60 gflour
  5. 6p fresh chilis
  6. 6p garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the kalamari with the flaour salt and paper.

  2. 2

    Deep fried the kalamari in hot oil and the last 1 min add the chillis and the garlic for flavor.

  3. 3

    Serve with fresh green salat and spice mayo for diping.
