Ingredients

  1. 2 mediumchicken breasts
  2. 1/2onion, chopped
  3. 1/2 tspgarlic chopped
  4. 1 cuphoney
  5. 1 cupmustard
  6. dashcurry powder (optional)
  7. 1/2 tspSeasoned salt
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 1 can small can chicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Add chicken to crock pot adding chicken stock, salt pepper, onions, Curry powder and garlic.

  2. 2

    Mix honey and mustard together and pour on chicken.

  3. 3

    Set crockpot to low and cook for 4-5 hours until tender.

  4. 4

    Shred chicken, serve over rice!
