Ingredients

  • potatoes steamed or boiled
  • butter or margarine
  • 30 gramsmozzarella cheese grated (per 250g)
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 5 gramsBBQ sauce per 250g I used Chidas homemade

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam or boil potatoes

    Put in bowl, add salt, pepper, cheese and butter or margarine and mash
