This is a awsome seafood dish that I grew up eating. Always searved on Christmas eve with several other seafood dishes for traditional Italian seafood dinner.
Italian Shrimp Oreganata
This is a awsome seafood dish that I grew up eating. Always searved on Christmas eve with several other seafood dishes for traditional Italian seafood dinner.
Steps

Remove shells & clean shrimp & salt & pepper

Add breadcrumbs with minced garlic and parsley and oregano & slowly add olive oil while mixing until desired consistency....not to dry & not to wet

In a baking dish add a layer of the breadcrumb mix & put several small pieces of butter on top of the breadcrumbs & put the shrimp on top

Add another layer of breadcrumbs & butter & drizzle a little olive oil on top

Bake in 350° preheated oven until shrimp turn color & breadcrumbs brown...should be approximatly 15 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp

Plate & squeeze fresh lemon juice on top

Eat & enjoy
