Cooking Instructions

First sear bacon to render the fat.

Assemble the sandwich to your preference.

Get your sauté pan nice and hot that bacon 1/2 tablespoon of bacon fat put in the sauté pan

Then after the day melted spread around the pan evenly then add the brown sugar stir around to make that nice thin glaze
- 5
Put assembled sandwich together put in pan mop up the pan with the bread then put ur cast iron on top and let it go turn the heat down on it to low low and slow for 4 minutes each side

Slice and enjoy easy, delicious, golden
