Soak fenugreek seeds and chana dal for 4-5 hrs..then boil for 10 to 15 minutes and drain water..keep aside

In a kadahi heat oil.then add jeera,mustard seeds and whole red chilli fry for a minute..add chopped garlic fry till it change colour then add hing powder and chopped onion

Fry onions till they became glossy

Now we add boil fenugreek seeds and chana dal and mix well..cook for another 4-5min

Now it's time for adding masala.. add all masala and mix well

Cover kadahi and let it cook until it became dry and glossy

After 10mins check sabji if all water dries then it's ready or cook for couples of mins to dry all water...garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti and parantha..

You can skip adding onions if you want.. this dish can be store upto 15 days in fridge..Happy cooking
