I love any salad with lentil, this one has lots of salad vegetables and pasta , just fancied creating something new
Cooking Instructions

First boil your pasta as per instruction adding a pinch of salt and to your liking .When cooked rinse under cold water

Mix the lentils ,peas , spring onion, mushrooms and mayonnaise
- 3
Add the lime juice ,pepper and sugar
- 4
Then add the chopped lettuce /salad leaves , mix gently .
- 5
Add the cooled pasta into the lentil salad and serve with lemon wedges
