Ingredients

  1. 4Potatoes - peeled, cooked and chopped into bit size pieces
  2. 2 cupGreen beans, ends removed and cut into 1 inch pieces
  3. 1green pepper, chopped
  4. 1onion, chopped
  5. 1 cancorn, drained
  6. 1 cancream of mushroom soup (any cream soup with work)
  7. 1 tbspdried parsley
  8. 1 tspgarlic powder, dried basil, dried dill
  9. 30slices of pizza pepperoni (or any meat you wish)
  10. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese (any cheese and any amount you wish will also work)
  11. 1salt and pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Boil green bean pieces in water for 10 minutes until soften

  2. 2

    Pan fry onion and green peppers until soften on medium heat for about 10 minutes, then add all spices except for salt and pepper. Mix well

  3. 3

    Warm mushroom soup on the stove just until is becomes smooth

  4. 4

    Mix everything together in a casserole dish except for cheese and pepperoni. Add salt and pepper to taste

  5. 5

    Top with cheese and pepperoni and bake uncovered at 375 for 30 mins
