Ingredients

  • 1 cupraw cashews, soaked in water at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
  • 3 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tspdijon mustard
  • 3 clovegarlic
  • 1 tbspcapers
  • 1 tbspcaper liquid from jar
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbspalmond milk - or more

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak 1cup raw cashews in 1 cup water. At least 4 hours. Overnight is best.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients - except milk - in food processor or blender for several minutes. Add milk as needed to reach the consistency you prefer.

  3. 3

    Place dressing in refrigerator for several hours before use.
