I'm always thinking of different healthy things to put together that are quick and easy and here is one of them

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupwhole grain penne pasta (uncooked)
  2. 1 1/2 cupcucumbers
  3. bunchof broccoli cut into small peices
  4. 1/2of one red bell pepper
  5. 1tomatoe
  6. 1 packagesof extra small or small shrimp(cooked)
  7. 1/4 lbHickory turkey (use your choice)
  8. Mediterranean dressing (as much as you desire )
  9. salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil pasta till AL dente drain& set aside let cool

  2. 2

    Cut veggies in bite size peices set aside

  3. 3

    Grab cooked shrimp deshell if necessary and I cooked a little more because of my husband's allergy but you can just toss in to large bowl as is if you like

  4. 4

    Toss chopped turkey and other ingredients into bowl with dressing and salt and pepper and bon Appétit! !!!
