Ingredients

  • 1 cancoconut milk
  • 8 mediumgrilled chicken tenders
  • 1 cupcoconut greek yogurt
  • 1golden curry sause mix
  • 1 1/2 tbspcoconut oil
  • 1 dashground ginger
  • crushed garlic
  • 1rice

Steps

  1. 1

    In crock pot combine coconut milk, greek yogurt, coconut oil, curry, ground ginger and crushed garlic.

    Mix cooked chicken with sause in crock pot.

    Cook on high for 2 to 3 hours when finished spoon ontop of rice.
