Besan coconut halwa/Gram flour coconut pudding

Heat ghee in a kadhai, add the garamflour and fry it on a low flame strring continuously till the raw smell disappears.

Once it is lightly browsed, and add the dry coconut powder, sugar and milk.Mix very well and cook.

When the mixture starts leaving the sides and bottom of the Kadhi, add chopped almonds, cashew,tutti furtti and cardamom powder and mix very well.

Switch off the flame and serve hot and warm.
