Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsSpeculoos
  2. 6 sliceGingerbread
  3. 4 tbspGranulated Sugar
  4. 1 literSemi-skimmed Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 200 celsius

  2. 2

    Heat up the milk in a large pot

  3. 3

    While heating, crumble the speculoos and gingerbread into little pieces

  4. 4

    Once the milk is tepid/hot add the crumbled ingredients and the sugar

  5. 5

    Keep stirring until almost disolved

  6. 6

    Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Grease a fire-proof dish

  8. 8

    Pour dough into the dish

  9. 9

    Bake for about half an hour
