  1. Rice
  2. 1 boxZatarain's Spanish Rice
  3. 1 canPetite Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 1/2 cupwater
  6. Meat Meet Mixure
  7. 1 lbGround Italian Sausage
  8. 1/4 tspGround Cumin
  9. 1/2 tspHouse Seasoning
  10. 1Onion Chopped
  11. 2 cloveGarlic Minced
  12. Other ingredients
  13. 6Green Peppers
  14. 1/2 cupMozzarella Cheese
  15. 1/2 cupColby Jack Cheese
  16. dashchopped parsley

    Make the rice with the following ingredients and cook covered for 25 minutes (cooked as stated on package).

  2. 2

    Set a large pot of water on the stove to boil. Also, set the oven for 350°F.

  3. 3

    Start setting up the meat mixture. Place the ingredients in a pan and when the rice has about 15 minutes remaining set it to cook at a medium heat. *Note* House Seasoning is an equal mixture of Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder

  4. 4

    Cut the tops off of the Green Peppers and clean out the insides and place in the boiling water. Cook for at least 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    When the rice is finished cooking, remove from the heat but leave covered for at least 3 minutes then add the mixture to the cooked meat. After mixing, add the Colby Jack Cheese and mix in.

  6. 6

    Drain the peppers and stuff them full placing on a glass 13x9 inch pan. Top with the Mozzarella Cheese and sprinkle parsley on top of that. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
