1 eachGreen Pepper (chopped)
1 mediumOnion (chopped)
3 eachCelery Stocks (chopped)
15 ozCan Diced Tomatoes
4 cloveGarlic (minced)
6 dashTobasco
1 lbAndouille Sausage (sliced)
2 tbspCreole Seasoning
1/4 tspground cumin
2 dashliquid smoke

Place all ingredients into crockpot for 6-7 hrs on high.
