Steps

Wash Haldi thoroughly & pat dry.

Peel & finely chopped haldi and keep aside.

Heat olive oil in a wok. Add cumin and mustard seeds & allow to splutter.

Add Asafoetida, Aniseed, and Green chillis and cook for 1-2 sec.

Add finely chopped Haldi and cook till it became soft.

Stir occasionally.

Add Salt, Red chilli powder, and Coriander powder and mix it well. Cook for 4-5 min.

The haldi ki sabji is ready garnish with green coriander. Serve with roti, parantha.

Refrigerate & consume within 1 month.
