Ingredients

  • 250 gbeef
  • 2tbso of oil
  • 1small onion
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 1 tbsproyco
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the beef and put boil. Boil for 25 minutes. Add in oil and cook until the water is all dried up.

  2. 2

    Fry until until golden brown then add in onions. Add in tomatoes. Fry until soft.

  3. 3

    Add in tomatoes and stir. Stir really well. Then add in water boil for 5 minutes. Add salt. Dissolve royco in 30 mls of water.

  4. 4

    Boil for 3 minutes. Then serve.
