I love meatloaf since it's such an easy and quick meal but I don't have a loaf pan anymore, so I make it in a muffin tin now! It's the best meatloaf ever, especially since I like the edges best

1 lbground turkey
1 cupdry oats (quick oats work best)
1 envelopelipton beefy onion soup mix
1 tbspcayenne pepper
24 tbspketchup/ four cheese spaghetti sauce (2T each cup)

Mix meat, oats, soup mix and cayenne up in a bowl until oats and soup mix are mixed in all the way

Take meatball sized pieces out, make a ball and add to muffin pan. This exactly 12 mini meatloafs

Top with ketchup or spaghetti sauce (spaghetti sauce is richer)

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
